The flexibility of our systems, together with continuous research in a bid to satisfy our customers have led Torninova to carry out tests on their own air bubble film plants for various uses and with different technical properties.

Standard Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 2/3

Material: LDPE  for the base and for the bubbles

Uses: for packaging in general. To protect products of little weight, delicate articles with irregular, ceramic forms, squares, glasses, woods, porcelains, electronic apparatuses. May be with different bubbles sizes and with different thickness. Antistatic for the packaging of electronic components.

Configurations: in two or three layers with bubble diameters from  Ø10mm to Ø30mm. Thickness from  40 gr/m2 to 150gr/m2.

 
PET Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 3

Material: LDPE for the bubbles. Coated metallized PET  for the base and for the third layer

Uses: for insulation

 
FOAM Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 3 / 4

Material: LDPE for the base and for the bubbles. FOAM for the third layer.

Uses: for the packaging of furniture and sofa.

Configurations: also with an additional layer of HDPE laminated externally on the base in order to give more resistance at the product.
Biodegradable Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 2

Material: Mater-BI® produced by Novamont (Italy) (www.materbi.com)

Uses: for antistatic packing (electronic) and for green packing, to cover the ground in agriculture and for bags used in plant-nursery
Paper Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 3

Material: LDPE for the base and for the bubbles. Coated paper for the third layer

Uses: for the production of bags and envelopes for mail, for the protection of furniture or other objects in wood

 
Pool Cover Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 2

Material: LDPE for the base and for the bubbles with UV additives. Thickness from 200 to 400 gr/m2 and more.

Uses: for the covering of swimming pool in order to increase the water temperature, stop debris to reduce the cleaning time, reduce evaporation and the maintenance costs.
Aluminum Air Bubble Film
Number of Layers: 3

Material: LDPE for bubble layer and for base layer. Coated aluminum foil for the third layer or instead LDPE in the base layer .

Uses: for thermal and acoustics insulation for casing, walls, roofing and parquet. This material can be used also to produce, in a second step, materials with 2 or 3 bubbles layer or laminated with other insulation materials (ex. FOAM). Configurations: with bubbles in different diameters (10,12,19,25,30mm) and with fireproof additives blended to LDPE.
