Hydraulic unwinder

This unwinder have one roll for each layer with hydraulic unit to handle the rolls in order to have the unwinding rools and the rolls standing on the platform to change lifting by hydraulic piston. The unit has transversal register for the rolls and ribbon brake for the unwindig rolls. The rolls are mounted on air expansion shafts.

No-stop unwinder

This unwinder, for each layer, has one roll unwindig and another roll standing to work without any stop to change the rolls. Mounted on expansion shafts and with a pnematic brake for each rolls that can be regulated transversely. This unit can be equipped with a lifting upper structure to load the rolls.

Rewinder "VIR"

The plant is equipped with Torninova's rewinder "VIR". The loading system positioned behind the unit, allows to load 3 air expansion shafts at the same time. The winding is completely automatic with cut-off system.

Rew. "AUTOMAT"

It's a completely automatic rewinder for air bubble rolls from few meters up to standard rolls. It's equipped with a core's storage from which the unit taking of the core, rewinds up to the preset lenght, automaticaly cuts the air bubble film, and release the finished roll on a belt conveyer, starting a new cycle with a new core takes off from the storage while the system it's continuosly running by means a dancing roll automaticaly operating.
