The PERFORATION UNIT is a totally independent group that enables different types of material to be pre-cut, such as air bubble film, flat PE films and expanded polyethylene foam, paper to desired intervals.

The plant is ideal for insertion in line with other systems, such as extruders, air bubble film machinery and flexographic printing machines. The group, built in steel with auto-level supports, is composed of a rubber cylinder with neutral movement to control the speed of the material, a pre-cutting group equipped with a brushless motor and cylinder with toothed blades, a brushed compression cylinder and motorization for regulation via keyboard (minimum pre-cut interval 200 mm). The cover protection and the electrical plant conform to the CE safety standards.
