FORMING UNIT

The connections allowing for polymer transport from the screen changer to the extrusion head have extremely smooth surfaces and are designed to optimize melt flow. The forming cylinder is manufactured in order to improve the film quality and it is disposal in various sizes. It is possible to complete the machine with cast cylinder between the dies and the forming unit thermoregulated by diathermic oil

REWINDER

The plant is equipped with Torninova's rewinder "VIR". The loading system positioned behind the unit, allows to load 3 air expansion shafts at the same time. The winding is completely automatic with cut-off system.

DIES

The separated flat dies allow to control the temperature of each film produced increasing the sealing property. The decklings supplied with the plant allow to reduce the width of the air bubble film produced.

GRAVIMETRIC SYSTEM

To a totaly control of the pettelets to extrude and to have the best quality film any time. The plant could be also equipped with the in-line trimm recycle system.
