The “Coreless Rewinder RP” i
s
a fully automated rewinder plant, able to rewind plastic films such as air
bubble films for packaging in small diameter
rolls without internal core (pony roll). The rewinder was created to provide our
customers with the
opportunity to enter the markets (ironmongery,
superstores, bricolage, etc) where the air bubble film rolls cannot be sold in
standard sizes, only in rolls of a few meters. The plant also removes the
problem of the internal core costs, which are excessively high when compared to
the material sold.
The plant is comprised of several groups:

unwinder unit with haulage
and pneumatic brakes, where the mother roll of air bubble film is set. |

|
CENTRAL GROUP complete with motorized nip-roll cylinder and pneumatic cut
system with blade; |
|
|
rewinding group, where the
film is rewound without internal core, unhooked and placed on a collection
basket. The plant also enables the end part of the material to be fastened,
through the application of an adhesive tape. |

|
control panel, where all of
the parameters necessary for producing a number of rolls of a certain length
are input. |
Once the mother roll is inserted, the "Coreless Rewinder RP” proceeds with the
production of small diameter rolls, without any intervention by the operator,
who will be required only to change the mother roll and the collection basket.
The plant is conforming to the CE safety directives and it is furnished complete
of manuals of operation and maintenance.
