ACM 400™ - air-pillow machine
The ACM 400 machine is a fully automatic air-pillow production system for filling and cushioning any packed item. Starting from 2 rolls of any supplier's multilayer flat film (LDPE-HDPE or PA-LDPE), the "Air Cushion Machine" welds and inflates the films, producing air pillows of various dimensions. The machine is equipped with a PLC-managed control system which implements customizable formulas to manage production according to the different raw materials. Since the equipment is mounted on a moveable platform and is thus easily transferred, when needed, to the packing preparation site, inventory costs are significantly reduced. (more info)
